SAIL’s Publicity, Organization and Academic departments welcome new members

On October 17 and 18, SAIL’s Publicity, Organization and Academic departments held meetings to help new members get to know their teams, understand what each department does and start working together.

SAIL founder Ruijian Gou and the department leads introduced each team’s responsibilities, day-to-day work and upcoming plans. New and returning members asked questions about the work, shared their skills and interests, and discussed their expectations and ideas. The informal conversations gave new members a clearer sense of what their roles would involve and helped everyone identify ways to collaborate.

The meetings gave each department a chance to start building its team. SAIL looks forward to working with its new members and seeing what they bring to the group.
